  69. I bought an eBay Refurbished "excellent" iPhone 16e 128GB for $496.03 incl tax.
    It's basically brand new as the battery has only 2 cycles.
    It's missing: Home button, SIM tray, silent switch.

    • Just as I activate the iPhone 16e, the battery capacity of my 5-year-old iPhone SE2 has dropped to 79% on the same day.
      Nowadays I needed to charge it twice a day during heavy use periods.

    • I love that iPhone 16e allows widgets on the launcher, just like Android.

      Road trip this weekend, so I put the phone on Cricket eSIM trial and it’s getting “5G+” signal.

    • @ultra_mobile I misclicked something last weekend, which rapidly burned through more than 2GB cellular data.

    • @ultra_mobile I taped the iPhone briefly on the Qi charging pad to turn it on, so I don’t have to press the power button.
      Now the phone thinks it’s charging, even if it’s actually discharging.

    • I recently acquired two USB-C Power Delivery PD 20W chargers.
      These are much faster than the Qi charger — 30% juice in just 20 minutes, but the phone feels warm.

    • iOS 26.2 is coming in 6 days.

    • I’ve been using the #iPhone16e for half a year.
      iOS 26 installed and I’m not impressed by the glass effects.
      The battery has surpassed 100 cycles.

      This device has been running, in the closet, for 9 years continuously and it's still going strong.

    • I worn both @Fitbit Charge 6 and @GarminFitness vivosmart 4 for the whole day.
      Fitbit counted 3% more steps than Garmin.

      Fitbit can show more metrics than Garmin, but its screen is twice wider.

    • @fitbit @GarminFitness First swim session with @Fitbit Charge 6 on left wrist and @GarminFitness vivosmart 4 on right wrist.
      Detected "Distance" is drastically different between the two trackers.
      I swam 6 laps in a 25yd pool, so that Fitbit has more accurate recording.

    • @fitbit @GarminFitness I had a long discussion with Google AI Mode regarding Fitbit daily readiness and Garmin body battery metrics, and how to use them to track my recovery from recent illness.
      Google AI admitted Garmin's single score is easier to use.
      I thought Google would prefer Fitbit?
